Some questions to ask the Agent during the selection process:

How many people are you currently working with?

How does the closing commission work on your end?

Do you currently have a credible license?

How many homes have you sold in the past year?

How long have you been an agent for?

Do we communicate on a regular basis?

Why should I hire you over?

Do you have a list of references?
